A child's skirt in two waits sizes (20" - 22" and 22" - 24") with straps held together by criss-cross self fabric insets. Straps are threaded through loops in the front and buttoned onto themselves. Both straps and waistband have pointed ends. Applique patterns for the apple, cow, and tulip motifs are included.
