A pieced calico skirt with a quilted panel in either an appliqued or strip quilting design. This pattern has waist sized 25" to 27" but since it is a gathered skirt with a fair amount of fullness it can be made larger or smaller just by reducing or increasing the gathering. The finished length is 30" but can easily be shortened or lengthened.
